Pure Balance dog food was launched as Walmart’s first ultra-premium food and contains no soy, wheat or corn additives, no artificial colors, no preservatives and no chicken by-products. It can be purchased in 12.5 ounce cans that recently starting coming with a plastic snap on top in case you don’t need to use the entire can at once.

You can also purchase Pure Balance canned dog food in a package bundle of smaller containers. The bundle has 12 small 3.5-ounce plastic tubs in it. One such bundle has 6 chicken dinner tubs and 6 beef dinner tubs. The chicken dinner states that it is in gravy with peas and sweet potatoes.

The beef dinner comes with gravy, carrots and sun dried tomatoes. The small tubs are very convenient for smaller dogs or can be used to serve up as a treat or snack for larger dogs. Customer reviews both on the Walmart site and on other sites rave about Pure Balance and say that their dogs “gobble it right up.”
